How SteppersLife Classes handles personal information.

This policy describes how SteppersLife Classes handles information collected through classes.stepperslife.com and related class-learning workflows.

It applies to students, instructors, prospective instructors, and support users interacting with the classes experience.

We collect account details such as your name, email address, and sign-in information when you create or use a SteppersLife account.

For classes, we may also collect enrollment details, lesson progress, course access records, support conversations, and payment-related information needed to fulfill the learning experience.

We use information to enroll students, deliver class access, support instructors, process payments, send confirmations or schedule changes, and maintain your account across supported SteppersLife properties.

Usage data may also help us improve class discovery, troubleshoot page issues, and understand which learning experiences are working well.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with payment processors, email delivery providers, analytics tooling, hosting services, and the instructor responsible for the class or course you purchased.

When you enroll, instructors may receive operational details needed to manage the class, communicate schedule updates, or deliver access.

SteppersLife Classes uses cookies and related storage for sign-in, preferences, and cross-subdomain account continuity where supported.

Disabling essential cookies can break login, checkout, or course access behavior.

You can update account details through supported settings pages and contact support if you need help correcting or removing information.

Purchase-specific questions, such as a class reschedule or instructor policy clarification, may need to be handled through the class flow or directly by the instructor.

Advertising is not active on SteppersLife Classes today. We are preparing to introduce advertising through Google AdSense (publisher ID pub-5851517787332652), and this section explains what happens once it turns on and the controls already built into the platform.

When enabled, Google and its advertising partners may set cookies to select and serve ads, measure ad performance, and — only where you have given the required consent — personalize ads to your interests, using limited categories of information such as cookie/device identifiers, approximate location, and pages viewed. We do not share your name, email, or payment details with advertising partners. We use Google's "Privacy & messaging" consent platform, which participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF); the current TCF Global Vendor List is published at iabeurope.eu/vendor-list-tcf. Once advertising is live, a "Privacy settings" link in the site footer lets you review, change, or withdraw your advertising and analytics consent at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically as an opt-out of ad personalization and the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — no separate request needed. We do not use sensitive personal information for ad personalization and do not knowingly set advertising cookies for users we know to be under 13.
